LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Retail Slide is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no charge.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it may take 2–6 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
